Pre-registration for the ADEC 2012 Annual Conference closed on March 7, 2012; however, you may register at the conference hotel. Registration will begin Tuesday, March 27. Sessions are not sold out, you will not be turned away! To expedite the registration process, download our Onsite Registration Form and bring a completed copy to the Registration Desk. The ADEC Registration Desk is located in the 2nd floor pre-function area of the Hilton Atlanta, and is open during the following times:

Payment Instructions
Registrations must include payment by check (drawn on a U.S. bank),
credit card or bank transfer of funds in U.S. dollars. Wire transfers
within North America will incur a $30 fee and wire transfers outside of
North America will incur a $45 fee. ADEC cannot accept registrations by
telephone. Onsite registrations must include full payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations were accepted in writing to ADEC headquarters through
February 8, 2012. ADEC will charge a $90 USD cancellation fee for
written cancellations that arrive at ADEC headquarters by February 8,
2012. ADEC will not issue refunds for cancellations received after
February 8, 2012.
